Our fixed length training plans are a new service for those operating under a budget who feel they can work with our training plans without the regular interaction and support of our coaches. To get started follow these steps:
- purchase the amount of weeks you wish to purchase
- fill in our athlete questionnaire (Make sure you leave us at least 2 weeks for delivery of your plan – these plans are still hand-made and custom-built from scratch so we need time to assess your details and put the plan together)
- Setup an account on TrainingPeaks
- Link our coaching account to yours by clicking this link
- Link your running watch account to TrainingPeaks
We recommend purchasing a 1-hour intro call for our coaches to talk you through your new plan during the first week of the plan. Calls slots are available between 10:30 am and 5 pm GMT Monday to Friday.
Any further coaching support needs to be booked ad-hoc by booking ‘Talk to a coach’ calls as you need them. If you want regular support via both phone, email, and WhatsApp, we recommend you go for our main services instead: the recurring coaching subscriptions.
