Standing on the shoulders of giants and using the proven training methods of history’s master coaches we create customised training programmes and personal coaching fitted exactly to you. No generic nonsense – just the methods that have worked then and now.
Whether starting out running or aiming to smash your PB these methods work for 5k distance to ultra-marathons on road, track, cross-country, trail running and for all levels of experience and fitness. Our training plans are based on the proven methods of Arthur Lydiard and Percy Cerutty amongst other great pioneer running coaches.
GET STARTED - BUY OUR ONBOARDING PACKAGES
Have you ever worked with your own coach? Runners who have the close support of an experienced coach using a proven training method are the most likely to reach their full potential, stay injury free, fresh and fit. Our onboarding packages covers your first month of training with us where our focus is to test you and get to know you in as great detail as possible, so your new plan can begin with the right assumptions.
During your first month you should select the coaching package you wish to continue with once we complete this ‘get to know’ you phase.
TRAINING PLANS AND COACHING PACKAGES
Our training plans are handwritten especially for your running goals while taking into consideration your current fitness level, your weekly routines and life commitments. Our two way process takes all this into account when writing your customised plan and we provide the essential tools and principles you need to succeed.

We use modern technologies to provide ONLINE coaching support and a dynamically changing training plan.
REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAINING
An open mind, a willingness to learn, a view for the long-term, not just tomorrow and the discipline to follow our schedules intelligently. Other than that we can cater for all fitness levels and experience.
You should expect to make at least a 3-month commitment to this programme before your first important race for best results.
