Book a one to one consult to develop any aspect of your functional and natural movement that needs work. Our MovNat™ Certified Trainers tailor-make sessions for individuals or small groups. These sessions are ideal complements for people looking to train for multi discipline events such as Triathlon, CrossFit or Obstacle races.
MovNat™ in action
One of our coaches Jason Kehoe applied all these skills to win the popular Irish Obstacle Course race ‘Hell and Back’. He was pitted against the best of newly graduated Irish Defence Forces Cadets, who had just completed vigorous military physical training, and claimed victory despite having missed the start of the race! We have also had several of our trained athletes win or podium in this race.

Note: Up to four people can attend a private session for the same price. We would generally recommend a minimum 2 hour session to learn the basics of a particular set of skills.
