YOUR 3 STEPS TO INJURY RECOVERY

Eighty percent or more of all runners are injured every year. Reversing this statistic begins by helping you take the steps to not just fix your current injury but provide you the knowledge to manage and avoid future injuries. If you are currently injured or suffering from chronic pain or a bothersome niggle, we suggest you follow the steps below.

  • Step 1: Assessment

    Book a Physical Therapy session to clear up your immediate pain and symptoms. A root cause analysis of your injury can be done in a Biomechanical & Running Technique consultation by an experienced coach. You can undergo a full running transformation in our famous weekend workshops.

  • STEP 2: REHABILITATION

    You might have been on the sidelines for a while now and keep relapsing whenever you start back in the 'fast lane'. It's time to cleverly manage your return to running. We put you on our ‘slow lane’ rehabilitative and fundamental training plans.

  • STEP 3: TRANSITION

    The hard work has been done and you can now run pain free for a benchmarked time. It's time to set you free and transition you to the ‘fast lane’ with our performance training and coaching.
