  • Step 1: Talk with a Coach

    Arrange a consultation with our coaches to plan out your running goals. It always helps to sit down and see what an experienced coach would do in your running shoes. What's realistic, what's possible for you to achieve and how best to do it.

  • STEP 2: TRAINING PLANS

    Put structure and the greatest methods into your running training. Using a two-way process our coaches will craft you a 'Custom Training Plan' based on where you currently are and where you want to go. Or get UNLIMITED support with our 'Personal Online Coaching Plans' and learn the ins and outs of this system with your very own coach who answers every conceivable question anytime.

  • STEP 3: RUNNING TECHNIQUE

    Poor running technique leads to small niggles or injuries, which in turn leads to inconsistency in your training and failure to progress as you hope. Your running technique is the first thing to be concerned with if you can't get a clear run at your training without stopping and starting. Our running technique coaching shows you how to enjoy your running, stay injury free and run faster. Do it privately at a time and pace that suits you or attend a fun weekend group workshop.
